I reached out to Mark when I learned from several of my friends who had bought houses from Mark with great satisfaction. Mark is known for his patience, friendliness, and knowledge about the housing market. This is our 3rd time trying to buy a single family home in the bayarea, with failures in the past we had little hope based on the ridicules prize that had gone up in the recent years. Mark was very professional and gave us honest opinion of the houses we toured, and was never pushy but gave us room to think. We weren't the highest bidder, in fact, we were the 3rd in place. Mark kept in touch with the seller's agent, kept us in the update and provided different strategies to work with the seller. At the end, the seller liked Mark and we were able to get the house after 2nd offer:) That's not the end of the story, I started to look for contractors to see the house but it was in the period of closing, so every time I needed Mark to open the door for us and he was always patient and on time. He also made several recommendation of different roof repair, contractor, and etc, helped us saved tons of money. We are very satisfied with Mark's service and highly recommend him to anyone who's buying or selling their property.

Mark & Cristy are been fantastic to work with. We listed our property with their help in late Sept. Being first time seller in SF Bay Area who faced a quite pressing timeline, we were selective on the agent to work with. After a hour-long discussion, Mark and Christy won our trust with their market knowledge, patience, professionalism and presentability.
Upon signing off related paperwork, they took swift actions getting the property on it market including staging, photo shooting, listing, until-channel promotions etc. The selling process was fast and smooth. Mark provided update on every single step so we don’t have to worry about thing. Finally, it was a very successful listing as we got an offer beating our expectation within one week of listing.

Mark did a phenomenal job in getting my family...
Mark did a phenomenal job in getting my family dream house in a short period of time, and most importantly at the right price. We had a previous realtor that was not attentive and informative. Switching to Mark as our realtor was the best move in getting the job DONE!
We gave a list of houses we would like to see and Mark really took care everything from planning the route in seeing the houses, guiding us on the pricing, communicating with the seller's agent to get the feel on the right offer, to analyzing and explaining the crazy amount of home reports to us.
Mark is a seasoned professional realtor. I highly recommend using him as your realtor because he has strong communication skills in multiple languages, ability to network with other realtors and contractors, and he will definitely get you the house you always wanted with the right price!
